Dearest Most Compassionate Master, Thank You for the program “The Preciousness of the Human Body, Part 8 of 8,” where You spoke about gender. Your sensitivity, gentleness and caring for members of the LGBTIQA+ community were deeply appreciated. Thank You, especially for acknowledging the lesser-known letters such as “I” and “A” (which I am part of). It’s so true, it’s not always apparent to the person that they are part of this community. Although it can be confusing and confronting to go on the journey of self-discovery and be honest with ourselves, it is such a worthwhile inner inquiry.
As You said, when we understand ourselves properly, it can help us be more confident and make wise and considerate decisions for ourselves and for the sake of others we interact with. To anyone who wants to be a monk or nun but discovers they are not suitable to join a monastic community, Master has given us supportive ideas about dedicating ourselves to our spiritual practice and engaging in selfless service and vegan promotion wherever we are in the world.
Master truly arranges the perfect situation for all of us. We just need to contemplate, and we will realize how lucky we are to be who we are and appreciate what we have been given, in all ways. Through the Grace of God and Master’s granting of my initiation, I have discovered that God loves me every day and that everyone is included in God’s Love, no matter who we are. We are so very lucky to have our human body and practice with the Greatest Master of all, the Ultimate Master.
