Hallo, Dear Master, August 18 was the Hungry Ghost Festival, and everywhere people were praying and offering food to the lonely and wandering ghosts. It turned out that perhaps some ghosts had followed me home. I was especially tired at night and fell asleep early. In my sleep, I had a feeling commonly known as sleep paralysis. I couldn’t move at all and felt very noisy, oppressed, and uncomfortable... I tried my best to recite the Five Holy Names, and only after that did I feel calmer.
Then, in my inner vision, I knelt down and said, “Let’s thank Supreme Master Ching Hai together…” I didn’t even say what to thank You for. As soon as Master’s Name came out of my mouth, suddenly, all the oppressive and noisy feelings completely disappeared!!!!!!! I knew it was Master’s great Power that instantly saved all the lonely ghosts. Then my consciousness was fully awake. I felt so good that the whole space became clear and bright again!
The journey of spiritual practice is a bit rough. Our minds always give us a lot of trouble. However, thank You, Master, for never giving up on us. When our souls are in danger, only God-Master can help us quickly. Thank You, Master! May all Your missions succeed smoothly! Be healthy and safe!
