The stir-fried taste of tofu and vegan sausages is different than when it’s just boiled. That’s why we stir-fry it. After several minutes, it should be golden already. When you see the tofu is golden and the vegan sausages are also golden brown a little, that should be fine. And we’re going to add in the mushrooms and the eggplant. Just stir them together. I use this also together. This is the iron pot, you know? (Yes.) It’s better for health. Normally, I use this to cook outside because it’s heavy duty, very thick and heavy. You cook it outdoors with a wood oven, but I can also use it here.

I like curry a lot, so I put in like four tablespoons of vegan curry paste. But you don’t have to put that many. Put as much as you like. And we mix it all here. Put a jet of soya sauce or Maggi. Like that, and we mix it in here. Now, stir it up together. See this? You don’t need to even add any water because the coconut milk, also has a little water in there. And the vegetable water will come out. Looks nice.

While waiting for the vegan curry, we prepare the vegan bread. Cut it into a diamond shape, always cut a diamond shape. (Yes.) Make sure your relationship stays like a diamond. This is sesame bread; it’s going to taste nice. You remember, it’s the same food but sometimes, if you make it nicely, it’s more appetizing, especially if you have guests. If you don’t have guests then, well, it doesn’t matter that much. If you have guests, you make it nice, welcoming, and warm. By decorating stuff, especially if you have a girlfriend coming. You want to go to her heart through her stomach. It’s the same, but you decorate nicely with love.

Wow, it smells wonderful and it’s going to taste good, good. So, this is how your vegan curry dinner looks. (Really nice.) […] Now you pray as usual. You pray inside, it doesn’t have to be outward or anything. But you pray before you put the first morsel in your mouth. Say inside, you thank Heaven, thank God, thank all the angels and humans involved, and even animal-people. And later you can have these vegan mooncakes from Taiwan (Formosa).
