In today’s news, companies worldwide respond to humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, tropical dry forests are being threatened by deforestation, electric aircraft project in United Kingdom conducts successful test flight, researchers find groundwater system below Antarctic ice, South African teenagers collect over 185,000 pairs of shoes over five years for charity, former home of grunge music in Seattle now hosts vegan grocery store, and drowning dog-person in Ecuador rescued by quick-thinking construction crew.

Private sector offers unprecedented amount of humanitarian assistance to Ukraine.

The contribution of over US$1.4 billion in cash and in-kind donations from businesses around the world to the people of Ukraine amid the Russian invasion is record-setting. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, in collaboration with the UN Development Programme and with the support of the United States Agency for International Development, recently made the contribution data available and accessible via an online service called the Ukraine Private Sector Donations Tracker. An overview of how much each of the almost 400 donors provided and the amount received by 140 humanitarian recipients can be downloaded. We’re grateful to all the donating businesses and organizations for lending a helping hand to the tenderhearted Ukrainian people during this difficult time. We pray that peace will soon be reestablished in Ukraine and all can live in harmony, in God’s Righteousness.

New study shows tropical dry woodlands are being deforested at rapid rate.

A paper recently published by researchers from the Humboldt University of Berlin in Germany and the Earth and Life Institute of the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium highlighted that since the year 2000, the world has lost over 71 million hectares of tropical dry forests — an area twice the size of Germany. Furthermore, one-third of the remaining forests are under threat, 55% of which are located in Africa. The scientists cited agricultural expansion as the major cause of the deforestation. According to a 2021 report published by the World Resources Institute, creating pastureland for meat production accounted for 36% of all agriculture-related deforestation from 2001 to 2015. Many thanks, researchers, for sharing these alarming results with the world. May such warnings help lawmakers worldwide to quickly enact laws to protect our precious forests, in Celestial wisdom. Hell is a place of immense suffering: don’t make war or u’ll b going there soon.

Up next, electric aircraft project in United Kingdom conducts successful test flight. We’ll spend a moment to appreciate electric motor repairers, who attend to the industrial machines containing AC and DC motors with performance issues. When we return, more splendid news ahead, here on Supreme Master Television!

Hi, energetic friends, I am Marilyn, a vegan chef from the Proboscis Monkey kingdom! My forest-dwelling friends whoop-hoop-hoop about my famous salads and pasta creations – and guess what? They’re all vegan! Here is a tip on how to make my all-time favorite – avocado pasta! This is a tasty, healthy recipe that is also very satisfying. Cook 12 ounces (340 grams) of vegan pasta following the instructions on the package. While the pasta is cooking, use your food processor or blender-wand to whisk together two medium or large ripe avocados, one-half cup (60 grams) of fresh basil, one-fourth cup (30 grams) of plant-based milk, three tablespoons (40 grams) of olive oil, two tablespoons (60 milliliters) of lemon juice, one tablespoon (15 grams) of nutritional yeast, one-half teaspoon (3 grams) of salt, or more to taste, and one-fourth teaspoon (1.25 grams) of pepper until smooth and creamy. Once the pasta is done cooking, drain it and save one-half cup (120 milliliters) of the pasta water. Move the drained pasta back into the pot and pour in the avocado sauce and mix it together. Add in some pasta water if necessary to thin out the sauce. Top it off with some vegan parmesan cheese! Bon appétit! Thank you for your attention and love you so much for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet thus save the world! Now, the weather around the globe.

Electric aircraft made in United Kingdom makes successful test flight.

The one-seater Sherwood eKub is the first British-designed and manufactured electric airplane to successfully complete a trial flight, as the nation moves towards electrifying its aviation industry. Piloted by Dr. Guy Gratton of Cranfield University, which partnered with a consortium to develop the plane, the craft successfully flew for 10 minutes in the first trial, and then 22 minutes later on the same day. The results will be used to advise the industry and builders of small planes, as well as the aviation regulators, on design best practices. It will also help set future certification standards for the new generation of electric airplanes. Way to go, Cranfield University and all involved, on your advancement of electric aircraft technology. In Divine abundance, may we heal the planet through green development and the loving vegan lifestyle.

Researchers discover groundwater system below Antarctic ice.

Scientists from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography at the University of California, San Diego, as well as Columbia University’s Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, both in the United States, have found a large reservoir of groundwater beneath the Whillans Ice Stream in West Antarctica. The discovery was possible using a method called magnetotellurics, which measures how easily electric charges can move through material below the surface. The scientists estimate that if all the groundwater was removed, it could form a water column 220 to 820 meters high. Aside from exploring possible groundwater systems under the whole continent in the future, this finding also opens an interesting research area for scientists to find out how underground water systems impact Antarctica’s response to climate change and, in turn, sea level. What a remarkable discovery! May Heavens protect you, dear scientists, as you continue to discover more secrets about our gentle Earth and inspire more humans to be kinder to her.

Teenagers collect shoes for charity.

Dario Gouveia, a 9th-grader from Johannesburg, South Africa, and his sister Liana co-founded the non-profit Sole2Sole in 2017, when Dario saw a child on the street with no shoes. After that encounter, he wanted to help other children in that situation. Dario and Liana started with 14 pairs of gently used shoes and, so far, have collected over 185,000 pairs. The footwear they gather goes to orphanages, shelters, school children, underprivileged sports clubs, flood victims and more. The hardworking and compassionate teenagers have launched a winter shoe drive, hoping to supply adequate footwear to all the organizations they support. Bravo, Dario, Liana and all the others involved, in this amazing project. May every child walk in comfortable shoes, with confidence and happiness, in the tenderness of the Providence. Vegan: love 2 live n let live.

Coming up, home of grunge music in Seattle now hosts vegan grocery store. Let’s enjoy the gentle whispers of Mother Nature that follow a cool breeze after the rain to revitalize our mood. You’re watching Noteworthy News on Supreme Master Television. Welcome back to Noteworthy News – Wonderful News for a Graceful World.

Venue at center of Seattle, USA’s music scene in 1980s and 1990s, now hosts vegan grocery store.

A space that once was an establishment called the OK Hotel, which was central to the Seattle grunge rock music scene in the late 20th century, now hosts the Isle of Plants vegan grocery store. Co-owners Michelle Rabena and Hayden Stanko, both 27-years-old, are long-time vegans with plans to make the site a hub and meeting point for the city’s vegan residents. Plant-based cooking classes, charity event meet-ups, and taste testing are planned to be held someday at the premises. Michelle and Hayden aim to open such vegan centers in other cities, states, and eventually globally. Way to go, Michelle Rabena, Hayden Stanko, on creating a new place where vegans come to shop and meet. In the blessings of Heaven, may your store introduce many in Seattle to the joy of compassionate choices and love for all.

Clever Ecuadorian construction workers use excavator to rescue drowning dog-person.

Three builders working close to an irrigation channel in Pasaje Canton in Ecuador’s El Oro province were radioed that a struggling canine-person was being swept towards them in the rapidly flowing water. One of the men, Abel Murillo, immediately jumped into the excavator’s scoop, while his co-workers maneuvered it to be slightly above the water. When the dog-gal, who was desperately trying to keep her head above water, came close to Abel, the courageous man managed to grab her and place her inside the scoop. Both were lifted to safety unharmed. The kind workers collected money and took their rescued friend to a veterinarian for treatment. The brave event was videoed and posted online, where it went viral, with many positive comments. Our salute, Abel Murillo and fellow workers, for your quick action to save a precious life. In God’s Grace, may humans be a benevolent protector of all animal-people on Earth.

Now, it’s time to make a stop at the laughter station and fill up our good mood tank with the following joke. It’s entitled “Thunder and Lightning.”

One day, the sky was suddenly filled with dark clouds, followed by thunder and lightning. Little Tommy was at home with his dad and older sister. When Tommy’s sister saw him staring blankly at the sky, she asked:

“Tommy, do you know why we see the lightning first and then hear the thunder?”

“Sure I do. It’s because our eyes are in front of our ears!”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Aria in Canada:

Dear Most Beloved Master and noble saints of the Supreme Master TV team! I would like to express my profound gratitude to our benevolent Master for Her boundless Love, Divine Grace, and unimaginable sacrifices. I don’t know how I would have ever survived without Master in my life.

Master once said that the initiates are the most filial children to their parents. My beloved father passed away a year ago with many serious diseases. Thanks to Master’s Blessings, until the time he passed away, he could live a less active but still a normal life. Because of the pandemic, I could not travel back to China to take care of him, and even at the end, I could not even say good-bye to my father in person. My father was very caring to us, and I was very close to him. How much I wished that I could take care of him in his last few months at least, and tell him that I loved him in person. If it were not for the fact that I knew Master took care of my father, and now takes care of his soul, I would have suffered so deeply in remorse and depression. Because of Master’s Grace and Love, at least I was, and am still, comforted that his soul resides in Heaven’s Light.

In the past year, I have dreamt of my father quite a lot of times. He always looked around 40 years of age and energetic, which is what he always wanted to be – strong and capable of taking care of his family.

I pray that humanity quickly wakes up, heeds Master and adopts the vegan diet swiftly, so that long-lasting world peace will come, and the current pandemic and any future pandemics will be all wiped away. Most of all, I pray our brave and righteous Master is well protected by the Divine and Mighty Original Universe Godses and all the Heavenly Divine Beings. I pray that Master will always be in perfect health, peace, and tranquility! Dearest Master, You will always be in my prayers! We love You so, so very much! Aria from Canada

Filial Aria, Please accept our caring condolences on your loss. We too join you in praying that the world soon recognizes and follows Master’s wise words on how to transform our planet into a Paradise. May you and the congenial people of Canada always enjoy peace of mind and tranquil hearts, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master offers these words of support for you: “Sweet Aria, your father is in a much better Realm now. His soul is at peace, and he knows of your love. What you often see in your dreams about him is what he is now, and he wants you to know that through this means, so be happy! Regarding awakening humanity, please share with others that we should adopt the compassionate vegan diet and pray daily for World Vegan, World Peace. May you and the refined Canadian people realize the joy and freedom of God’s eternal Love.”

Choose vegan. Why r u hesitant?
